Notice What Nourishes You
Gratitude begins with attention. Look for something specific that supports you: a person, a habit, a place, or a small moment. Avoid pressuring yourself to find a silver lining in painful experience
-
Offer Yourself Grace
Notice a harsh thought you repeat when plans change or progress feels slow. A kinder response can still
hold you accountable. Try speaking to yourself as you would to someone you care about.
-
Protect Your Peace
Seasonal invitations, spending, caregiving, and work can compete for your energy. A boundary makes
your capacity clear. It can be respectful and specific.
-
Practice Love in Community
Connection grows through listening, appreciation, and appropriate support. Giving can feel meaningful
when it fits your resources. Receiving care is part of connection too.
-
Carry Your Growth Forward
Notice what you have practiced rather than judging the month by perfect completion. Choose what to keep, what to adjust, and one intention for December.

Arrive and Set an Intention
Slow down and notice what you need
You do not have to solve everything today. A few quiet moments can help you notice what you are carrying and what you would like to make room for. There is no right way to feel as you begin.
-
Release and Make Room
Make space for what supports you
Releasing pressure does not mean a situation never mattered. It can mean deciding which expectations belong to you, which need help, and which can be put down for now. You may keep any reflection private.
-
Plans with Purpose
Turn a meaningful goal into the next step
A useful plan reflects both your hopes and your current capacity. You do not need ten goals at once. Choose a direction you care about, then decide what you can do first.
-
Pajamas and Rest
Give yourself room to rest
Rest looks different for different people. It may be quiet, movement, connection, or time away from a screen. Notice what restores you and choose a routine that fits your life.
-
Carry It Forward
Keep going one day at a time
Growth often comes from small, repeated choices. Use the cards and activity calendar as invitations, not a test. Adapt the practice to your own beliefs, needs, and schedule.
